Mr. Adam R.
Gottlieb is Senior Managing Director at Industrial Opportunity Partners LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Center Manufacturing, Inc. and Carlson Systems Holdings, Inc. Prior to co-founding IOP in 2005, Mr. Gottlieb was a Director of TMB Industries, a successful Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in investing in middle-market manufacturing companies.
He was a key liaison with TMB's portfolio companies and served as an officer at numerous TMB companies, including Phillips & Temro, Fuel Systems, NutraMax, and Weber Manufacturing.
Having joined TMB in 1998, he was a Vice President from 1998 to 2000.
From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Gottlieb was a Manager at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC in Detroit, MI specializing in middle-market mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory and financing placement services.
Mr. Gottlieb graduated from the University of Michigan in 1995 with an MBA with High Distinction and in 1988 with a BA with Distinction.
