Bai Qing Zhang

Bai Qing Zhang served as an Independent Director at American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Director-Heilongjiang Regulatory Bureau at China Securities Regulatory Commission.
He also served as a Member-Discipline Inspection Committee at Province of Heilongjiang and as a Vice Principal at Hebei University of Technology.
Mr. Zhang received his undergraduate degree from Tianjin Normal University.
