Prior to that, he worked as Group Director-Biometrics Operations at Sanofi.
He held the position of Senior Director-Regulatory Affairs at Novartis AG from 1993 to 1998 and Vice President-R&D Global Regulatory Affairs at Pfizer Inc. from 1998 to 2003.
Arora holds a doctorate degree from Iowa State University and undergraduate and graduate degrees from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology and the University of Lucknow, respectively.
