Rojas Schmidt is an Analyst of Retail at Green Street Advisors LLC.
She spent her first four years at Green Street covering malls, writing research on topics such as the expansion of digital brands into the brick-and-mortar space, and the evolution of the department store industry.
In 2020, Ms. Rojas Schmidt broadened her expertise in the retail sector transitioning to the strip center team.
Before joining Green Street, she had six years of work experience, first as an Equity Analyst following Latin American retail stocks, and later in charge of asset allocation at Zurich Insurance Group.
She received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics at Universidad Catolica de Chile.
