Theodore D. Sherwin

Mr. Sherwin currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Direct Group.
He actively partnered with SV to identify investment opportunities in the direct marketing industry and introduced SV to the Direct Group management team.
He was involved in the due diligence process for the acquisition of Direct Group and the follow-on acquisition of Coupon Service, with a focus on the industry and management.
Mr. Sherwin agreed to join Direct Group as Chairman upon closing and is active on many levels, most significantly in setting strategy, identifying and supporting due diligence for additional add-on acquisitions, recruiting key management, and positioning the company for exit.
From 1997 to 2000, he was the CEO and President of Webcraft, Inc., a $470 million diversified marketing printing company with over 3,000 employees.
Prior to that, he was the COO of Harte Hanks Direct Marketing, the largest direct marketing company in the world.
