Lydon, Jr., is Independent Director at Home Properties, Inc. and President & Co-Managing Member at City Investment Partners LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Home Properties, Inc. and Lowe Enterprises, Inc. Prior to joining CIF in July 2003, Mr. Lydon served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SSR Realty Advisors, Inc., an investment manager with over $5.0 billion of assets under management.
In 2001, the firm closed on $500 million in equity commitments to acquisitions and $750 million in equity commitments to acquisitions in 2002.
He was chairman of the investment committee of the firm.
Prior to joining SSR, Mr. Lydon served as an Executive Vice President of Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company's Real Estate Investment Division, managing a $6 billion real estate portfolio.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a former board member and current member of the Pension Real Estate Association and a current member and past chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
Mr. Lydon majored in Real Estate and holds a B.B.A.
from Syracuse University.
