Caloy Morales

Caloy has over a decade of experience working in the Philippines’ energy industry specializing in commercial operations, business development, sales and marketing, project development, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Allotrope, he worked with Aboitiz Power Corporation under its Commercial Operations Business Unit where he led teams focused on delivering energy supply agreements and sustainable services and solutions to customers.
He also previously worked with Enernet Global to develop, build, finance and operate distributed energy resources and microgrids in remote areas of the Philippines.
As part of the Allotrope team, Caloy leverages his extensive experience in the Philippines’ energy sector to lead origination, project development, and stakeholder engagement for the Local Utility Project Aggregator (LUPA) initiative and provides strategic inputs across Allotrope’s clean energy activities in the Philippines.
He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and is pursuing an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
