Christian Romon

Dr. Christian Romon is Head of US Credit & Portfolio Manager at Peridiem Global Investors LLC.
Prior to co-founding Peridiem in January 2011, he was the managing director in charge of credit at Nuveen Asset Management from 2004 through 2010 and he held a similar position at Banc of America Capital Management from 2000 through 2004.
From 1998 through 2000, he was the director of research for Bradford & Marzec, Inc. He also served as the director of fixed income and equity research for Wertheim Schroder Capital Management, Inc., and as the director of research for Arthur Young.
He joined the investment community as a securities research Analyst for PaineWebber, Inc. in 1985.
Dr. Romon earned his Ph.D.
in Economics at the University of Paris, Sorbonne, his M.B.A.
with a concentration in Finance and International Business from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the L'Ecole de Sciences Politiques in Paris.
