Colleen Arciniegas

Colleen Arciniegas serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GLS.
She is also a member of the GLS portfolio and valuation committees.
Colleen joins GLS from Gladius Capital Management LP, a large investment adviser firm focused on derivatives and volatility, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2012.
At Gladius, Colleen was responsible for the firm’s financial planning and reporting, investor reporting and all financial and accounting regulatory requirements.
Colleen also built and led Gladius’ fund accounting team and oversaw all aspects of the accounting for the firm’s funds and separately managed accounts, as well as the management company, including all valuation, audit and tax work.
Prior to joining Gladius, Colleen was a Director of UBS O’Connor LLC, a division of UBS Asset Management.
Colleen served as the group leader of the product control team at O’Connor, a large single and multi-manager hedge fund platform.
Before joining O’Connor in 2004, Colleen was an audit professional within the Investment Management Group of Deloitte.
Colleen holds a B.S.
in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
