David Roh

Mr. Roh joined Hercules Technology Growth Capital in February 2007.
Prior to joining Hercules, Mr. Roh was a technology investment banking analyst at Cowen and Company in San Francisco where he was involved in a variety of M&A transactions and equity offerings across various industries, including software, digital media, semiconductor and communications equipment.
Prior to Cowen and Company, Mr. Roh gained M&A and valuation experience in the technology space through Houlihan Lokey, a private investment bank.
Mr. Roh earned a B.S.
in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
