Frank A. Mariano

Mr. Mariano joined AFA as the Director of Tax and Planning in January 2006.
He has held his CPA license since 1975 and has over thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance.
For ten years of his career, he operated as a sole practitioner serving individuals and businesses in tax preparation and financial planning.
Further, while a professor at George Mason University, he taught auditing, financial accounting and managerial accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Mr. Mariano holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
As the Director of Tax, Frank is responsible for preparing federal, state and local tax preparation for AFA's individual, corporate and partnership clients.
He also assists the financial advisors in tax planning for AFA's wealth management clients.
