Ms. Buchanan started her career in the Pensions Actuarial Department at, what is now, Aviva, then proceeded into their Sales Team before leaving for an Area Pensions Manager’s position with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
In 1994 she was called back on to the technical side to run the Pensions Review Department for the Bank up in Edinburgh and then finally acting as a Senior Technical Consultant at PASS in Sheffield whose aim it was to provide a service to IFA’s in completing the review work on their behalf.
