Mark Sirinyan

Mr. Sirinyan has a broad range of global expertise in private equity, corporate finance and marketing.
Prior to his current role, he was a Vice President at Catterton Partners, where he focused on evaluating potential investments, performing due diligence, negotiating and structuring transactions, monitoring portfolio companies as well as fundraising and investor relations.
Before Catterton, he was an Associate in the Private Equity Finance Group at Deutsche Bank, having been based in New York, London and Geneva.
At Deutsche Bank he was responsible for originating fundraising mandates globally, negotiating and structuring transactions, performing due diligence, and raising capital.
He started his career at Bankers Trust in New York.
Mr. Sirinyan received a BSFS, with Honors in the Karl F.
Landegger International Business Diplomacy Program, from the Edmund A.
Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
