Robert A. Blum

Mr. Blum co-founded Full Circle Capital in 2005.
From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Blum was COO and Managing Partner of the Fairfield Greenwich Group, where he co-managed the large diversified hedge fund firm and helped develop a successful secured lending business.
Between 1999 and 2000, he was Executive Vice President at Internet Trading Technologies, Inc. Mr. Blum was an attorney and served various business management roles at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc./CIBC Oppenheimer, between 1989 to 1999, helping to build several asset management businesses, where he was also a member of the Management , Commitment and Due Diligence Committees.
He began his career as an Associate at the law firm of Fulbright and Jaworski from 1984 to 1989.
Mr. Blum received a B.A.
from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and a J.D.
from University of Chicago in 1984.
