Prior to joining Barclays Capital in July 2011, Mr. Mash worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Retail M&A.
During his 12 year career at the firm, he advised on more than 30 Retail transactions, with an aggregate value of over $30 billion.
He has advised some of the most important companies in Retail, including Limited Brands, Autozone, Macy’s and Ascena Retail among many others.
Mr. Mash is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and began his career at UBS.
