Scott McCallister

Scott McCallister served as Chief Medical Officer of Panacos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from November 2006 to February 13, 2009.
Prior to joining Panacos, Dr. McCallister was Bristol Myers Squibb's Director of Virology and Global Medical Affairs from July 2005 to November 2006.
Before this, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals from August 2000 to July 2005.
Dr. McCallister is a board certified Infectious Disease specialist and gained extensive experience caring for people with HIV prior to serving at Boehringer Ingelheim.
He received a Bachelors degree from UCLA and a medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine.
