Shirley Lim

Shirley has over fourteen years of Finance and Operations experience in Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Hedge Funds and Mutual funds.
At UOBVM, she heads the Fund Administration and Investor Relations team, facilitating Fund-related Administration and Accounting, AML, Valuation and Investor Relations.
Prior to joining UOBVM, she was with Openspace Ventures Pte.
Ltd., a Venture Capital Firm and oversaw its Finance function.
Before that, she spent close to five years at Crescent Fund Management Pte Ltd, a Private Equity Firm where she managed the Operations of the Firm, including Fund and Investment Operations, Corporate Governance and Investor Communications.
In addition, Shirley also has significant experience in Fund Accounting and Administration at Apex Fund Services (Singapore) Pte.
Ltd., Vastardis Capital Services, Citibank N.A.
and State Street Bank and Trust Company.
Shirley graduated with honours from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor's degree in Business (Banking and Finance).
