Simon Edward Mark Doherty

Doherty is a Head of Managed Portfolio Services at Quilter Cheviot Ltd.
As lead portfolio manager on the MPS team, his role is to construct and implement our range of investment strategies on behalf of clients invested in our service.
Another of his key responsibilities is to chair Quilter Cheviot’s Investment Funds Committee (IFC).
The purpose of the IFC is to provide guidance to investment managers across the business who are constructing a portfolio of collective investments (“funds”) on behalf of their clients.
He joined Quilter Cheviot as a graduate in August 2007, and worked in the Birmingham office as a discretionary investment manager prior to joining the MPS team in March 2013.
