Sonja Bakker-Zeestraten

Sonja joined Prime in 2003 as Controller.
Sonja brings 12 years of accountancy experience to the company.
Before joining Prime Sonja worked for 7 years at Deloitte & Touche Accountants and was responsible for several audits of interesting companies in all different kinds of sectors.
In 2001 she received her MSc degree in accountancy from NIVRA-Nyenrode and as of February 2002 she is a chartered accountant.
For Prime Sonja is responsible for the financial administration, cash management, management accounting and financial accounting of the Fund and is involved in the financial due diligence of prospective portfolio companies.
Sonja is also assisting portfolio companies on financial management.
