Virginia C. Baker

Ms. Baker joined FriedbergMilstein in March 2005 from Allen & Company.
As a Senior Accountant at Allen, Ms. Baker oversaw the day to day accounting operations at the broker/dealer and investment fund level.
She was responsible for regulatory filings, annual budgets and forecasts for both the broker/dealer and the corporation.
Ms. Baker also performed periodic reviews of the company's private investments.
Prior to joining Allen & Company, Ms. Baker worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the Banking and Securities division, where she provided audit, consulting and other services to both public and private clients in the financial services industry.
Ms. Baker graduate cum laude with a B.S.
from Washington & Lee University, majoring in both Accounting and French and received an M.B.A.
from New York University Stern School of Business.
She is also a licensed CPA.
