Generali Investments Europe SpA SGR (France) (Generali Investments France) is the French division of Generali Investments Europe SGR SpA, the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Assicurazioni Generali SpA (MI: G, ADR: ARZGY) in Italy. Amilton Asset Management SA (Amilton AM) is the asset management subsidiary of La Financière Patrimoniale d'Investissement SAS in France. Formerly known as CFD Capital Management, the firm was founded in 1992 and previously belonged to financial group Compagnie Financière de Deauville, later renamed Assya Capital. In 2007, Ilana Sayag led a management buyout and created Amilton AM. Headquartered in Paris, the firm manages discretionary accounts and SICAVs.
