Alex Behal

Alex joined Inovia Capital in April 2023 as a Vice President on the Growth Equity Team in the Toronto office.
Alex started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group at RBC Capital Markets.
She focused on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate initiatives.
As an associate at private equity firm ZMC, Alex helped manage select portfolio companies and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential investment opportunities.
She subsequently joined ZMC’s portfolio company, The Second City, as the Director of Strategy & Growth with a mandate to ideate and execute new opportunities through business development, corporate strategy, and M&A.
Alex graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce, First Class Honors Distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies, Dean’s Honors with Distinction.
