Prior to that, Ms. Finn worked for NASA where she negotiated international contracts for the Space Shuttle and the Space Station.
Ms. Finn graduated from Harvard College, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
Subsequently, she earned a JD, Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, focusing on international finance.
