in 2000.
At Physicians' Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., he held the title of Chairman from 1984 to 1992.
At Drug Counters, Inc., he held the title of President & Chief Executive Officer in 1993.
At BioElectronics Corp., he held the titles of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2015 to 2019.
Mr. Whelan also held former positions as President at Js Whelan Co., Inc. and P.A.
Whelan & Co., Inc. from 1993 to 2000.
Mr. Whelan received an undergraduate degree from Saint Peter's University.
