ANDREW OGLETREE

Andrew is responsible for supporting RCP’s legal liaison and the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer with legal and compliance affairs.
Andrew also assists the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory and compliance requirements, the Firm’s day-to-day compliance program, and communications.
Prior to joining RCP, Andrew worked as a Law Clerk for Morningstar, Inc., where he drafted, revised, and assisted in the negotiation of contracts, prepared SEC filings, performed research and prepared memoranda, and assisted with M&A transactions.
Andrew received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing and an MBA from the University of Denver.
He also received a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
