Its range of precision tubing solutions includes catheter, lead and device tubing manufactured to exacting tolerances from virtually any thermoplastic and is available in many configurations, including co-extrusions, multi-lumens, and tapers. In addition, they offer irradiated balloon tubing and polyolefin heat shrink tubing. They also complement its precision tubing solutions with value added services for its customers. These services include secondary operations such as annealing, tipping, mechanical testing, pressure testing, process validations and inventory management. Its Operations team has over 100 years of experience in the custom extrusion industry. Its staff is able to provide the design and technical expertise required to support your advanced extrusion needs for innovative solutions to product development challenges. Its staff is also equipped to manage continuous improvement projects to support quality and cost engineering objectives. Its Management team also has extensive experience in the medical device outsourcing business and is able to offer innovative and effective solutions for a wide variety of business challenges. All its facilities are ISO 13485:2003 certified and have employees and culture that are dedicated to meeting or exceeding customer expectations for quality, lead times and pricing.
