In his current role, he has worked to develop a number of quantitative tools that provide market signals to the team; focusing on time periods of 1 to 3 months.
Prior to launching RiverFront, Mr. Ryder was Director of Quantitative Strategy at Wachovia Securities and its predecessor firms.
He joined the Investment Strategy Department of Wachovia Securities (Wheat First Butcher Singer) in 1991 and during his time there also served as a portfolio manager for separately managed and mutual fund portfolios
He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and Chartered Market Technician designation.
