Brian Lantzy

Mr. Brian Lantzy is Vice President-Business Development at Boutique Apartments since September 2011.
He is responsible for obtaining new property management clients and contracts, as well as helping to expand the market presence of our brands.
Mr. Lantzy has spent several years in the real estate and development industry.
He was a Research Analyst for a senior housing development consultant, where he performed research, conducted demand analysis, and prepared market studies for senior housing development projects in Colorado.
Before that, he was the Regional Manager and Land Development Director for a residential development company in Bend, Oregon, and oversaw land acquisition, development and vertical construction for 13 subdivisions.
Mr. Lantzy received a M.S.
in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and his B.A.
from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.
He hails from Delaware, and most recently lived in Bend, Oregon, before coming to Colorado.
He enjoys rock climbing, alpine and nordic skiing, surfing, fly-fishing and white-water rafting.
He currently lives in Boulder with his wife and daughter.
