C. Robert Hallford

Mr. Hallford joined Pappas in 2005 after completing his MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Prior to business school, Mr. Hallford worked for eight years with Eli Lilly and Company, where he held positions in Lilly Ventures, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Research Portfolio Management, and Biopharmaceutical Development.
During his tenure at Lilly, Mr. Hallford served on a number of business development deal teams and co-developed the global product development strategy for Lilly's $2 billion diabetes business.
Mr. Hallford received his BS in Chemistry and his MS in Analytical Chemistry from Furman University.
He received his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
