Established in 1976, the firm became part of Gruppo Intesa in 1999 and provides asset management services to corporate and high-net worth clients. They offer discretionary accounts, investment advisory services and manage Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella funds. Intesa Luxembourg's products are distributed within the parent group, through Banca Intesa in particular. They also provide credit services to the group's banks, and fund administration services to other investment companies.
