Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Great Britain-based Prudential plc (LSE: PRU; NYSE: PUK). Founded in 2001, the firm was formerly known as PCA Asset Management Co., Ltd. and changed their name to Eastspring Asset Management Korea in 2012. Eastspring-AM Korea is headquartered in Seoul and provides financial products and asset management services to individual and institutional customers.

Mirae Asset Global Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd. (Mirae Asset HK) is the hedge fund management subsidiary of Mirae Asset Global Investments Co., Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Mirae Asset Financial Group in South Korea. The firm is headquartered in Hong Kong and was founded in 2003. Mirae Asset HK provides discretionary investment management services as a principal investment manager of open-ended mutual funds domiciled in Luxembourg, a manager of exchange traded funds listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, an adviser to private investment vehicles only offered to non-US clients and sub-manager of open-ended investment companies and Korea domiciled funds.
