Prior to Raytheon, he was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Pneumo Abex Corporation, and Staff Attorney and Assistant General Counsel for Textron, Inc. He is a member of the American, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island Bar Associations, and The Association of General Counsel.
