Dale T. Merrill

Prior to joining Maxwell Investments, Mr. Merrill was a partner in a global, $9 billion financial services firm.
Over the past fifteen years, he has helped companies and individuals achieve their financial aspirations through the design and implementation of hundreds of strategic, operational and financial projects.
He has particular expertise in understanding and interpreting financial statements to assess viable stock and option investment opportunities in publicly traded companies.
Mr. Merrill has an inside perspective of the securities industry having worked with underwriters, business leaders and accountants in preparing numerous SEC registration statements and financial reports.
Mr. Merrill holds BS and Master of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University .
