Dan Lasher is an Associate at GrandBanks Capital, performing due diligence on new investment opportunities and working closely in support of the existing GrandBanks Capital portfolio companies.
Background Prior to joining GrandBanks Capital, Dan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Revolution Partners here in Boston , where he worked with technology companies across Internet, software and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Dan was a Summer Analyst with Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a venture capital firm in San Juan , Puerto Rico .
Dan’s transaction experience includes: the sale of Trapeze Networks to Belden (NYSE: B LDN), the sale of Optinuity to CA (Nasdaq: CA), the sale of eCopy to Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN) and the Series A issuance by Allegro Development to North Bridge Growth Equity and Tudor Associates.
The value of these four transactions totaled nearly $300 million in value.
Education Dan earned a Bachelors of Science in management in 2007 with concentrations in finance and marketing, from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College .
