David Alani

Mr. David Alani was Managing Director for Real Estate Capital Associates, LLC from 2002 to May 2009.
From 2001 to 2002, he was Managing Director of Middle East Investment Relations for AMLI Residential Properties Trust.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Alani was a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for KeyBank.
As the owner of DSA Real Estate and Business Financing from 1991 through 1998, Mr. Alani provided real estate-related services to a group of specialty physician investors.
Mr. Alani is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Indiana and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
He obtained his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Indiana University, with a focus in real estate and finance and a minor in Arabic.
