Duncan Stewart

Mr. Stewart joined Orion in July 2005.
Prior to that he was founder and partner at technology and biotechnology money manager Tera Capital for 9 years.
He managed technology and biotechnology portfolios, Canadian and global, large cap and small cap, and public market and venture capital, managing assets of greater than $250 million at times.
He was voted Technology Fund Manager of the Year by Morningstar in 2004, and runner-up in 2005.
He was on the boards of numerous private companies, in hardware, software, semiconductor and biotech.
He has also been a regular keynote speaker at industry and investment conferences.
Prior to Tera he was at RT Capital Management, a multibillion-dollar pension manager, for three years, where he managed Canadian equity portfolios and also ran the $150 million pooled technology fund.
Before that, Mr. Stewart worked at Scotia MacLeod as a research associate to the technology analyst for two years.
Mr. Stewart also has a regular column on technology investing every second Thursday in the Investing section of the National Post.
