Eric John Benoit

Mr. Benoit is a partner of both Apex Capital management, L.L.C.
and the accounting firm of Arsement, Redd and Morella, L.L.C.
He is a member of the Louisiana State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting.
