F. Martin Koenig

Prior to joining Integrity, Mr. Koenig provided investment management and modeling consulting services to other investment managers.
His consulting services include licensing of “StockpickerUSA”, a proprietary intelligent expert system using multi-factor analysis for stock selection that he developed and enhanced over the last several years.
Mr. Koenig was founder, Chairman, CEO and CIO of Koenig Advisors from 1989 until 2002 when he semi-retired.
Prior to starting Koenig Advisors, Mr. Koenig was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of EB Advisors, Inc. From 1987 to 1991 he was Chief Investment Advisor and a Member of the Investment Policy Committee of Mitsubishi Bank Trust Co. of New York.
From 1987 to 1989 he was Managing Director and Co-Chairman of the Global Stock Selection Committee of AIG Global Investors where he had responsibility for about $1 billion in assets under management.
In 1982 Mr. Koenig founded F.
Martin Koenig and Co., a registered investment advisor that managed The Koenig Tax Advantaged Liquidity Fund, Inc. From 1968 to 1982, Mr. Koenig was Senior Portfolio Executive, Vice President, Division Manager, and Member of the Portfolio Strategy Group for Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Koenig is a Founding Director and past President of both the New York and National Option and Futures Societies, which were subsequently merged into the International Association of Financial Engineers (IAFE).
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts and previously qualified and licensed by the NASD for Series 6, 7, 24, 26, 63 & 65.
Mr. Koenig has a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Investments from the American University.
Mr. Koenig was a distinguished Military graduate and rose to Captain in the US Army.
