Francisca Maier

Francisca is the Chief of Staff at Primary.
She works hand-in-hand with the Partner team in driving cross-functional strategic initiatives to build a culture that empowers all employees to thrive.
She's a generalist with a background in both Marketing and Ops, having spent part of her career in agencies and the other part in startups.
Most recently, she was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Thinx, where she helped grow the business 2X in revenue and headcount YoY from seed to Series B.
Francisca holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a specialization in Business Analytics.
She was born in Germany, raised in Spain, and now calls the LES home.
Outside of work, you can find her exploring new restaurants, vintage-shopping, or running across the city's boroughs.
