Mr. Wallace was previously served as Senior Managing Director at SAMCO Capital Markets since 2001, he has headed the Dallas corporate finance department for a major New York based firm Lehman Brothers.
In Dallas, he was responsible for opening the Lehman Brothers corporate finance office.
He also headed the corporate finance office for a major regional firm, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, now Royal Bank of Canada Dain Rauscher Wessels.
Mr. Wallace has initiated and carried out banking transactions with firms such as Instruments, Texas Utilities, Centex, Southwest Airlines, UCCEL, Ken Davis Industries, Intecom, Enterprise Products, L.P., Vintage Petroleum, Clipper Oil and Gas, Doskocil Manufacturing, Rent A Center, Belmont Homes, Play by Play Toys, NCI Building Systems, Service Drilling and Varel Manufacturing.
Mr. Wallace served as a navigator with the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force.
