Gregory McWilliams

Gregory H.
McWilliams is currently serving as the Chairman at the Southern California Association of Governments, the California Business Properties Association, the California Chamber of Commerce, the Building Industry Association of Southern California, the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corp., and the California Institute of the Arts.
He is also the Chief Policy Officer at Five Point Holdings LLC since 2018.
Previously, he held positions as the Chairman at The Southern California Leadership Council, a Director at Lee Building Industry Associations, Inc., and the President at KB Home.
From 2004 to 2016, he served as the President at Newhall Land & Farming Co. Mr. McWilliams obtained a graduate degree from Western State University College of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands.
