Jacques Allard is a Director and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of TORR Canada, Inc. Mr. Allard has been a professional mediator with Huis-Clos Ltée, Counselors in Conflict and Litigation since 1997.
Previously, he worked for Procter & Gamble in Canada and in Europe for many years, and for Molson Breweries where he was Senior Vice President and President of Molson-Québec and Molson-O'Keefe successively from 1979 to 1992.
Mr. Allard received a BA degree from the Université de Montréal and a Master's degree in Commerce from HEC Montréal.
