Mozingo,aged 41 yrs, has served as the Chief Accounting Officer since October 2003.
Mr. Mozingo served as Controller from our inception until assuming his current position.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Mozingo served as the controller of Orbital Imaging Corporation, a satellite imaging company which filed a voluntary petition of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code in April 2002, from 1998 to 2000.
Prior to that, Mr. Mozingo was a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Mozingo is a certified public accountant and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from William & Mary in 1985.
