Ms. Janine Middleton co-founded Tasman in September 2008 following the management buy-out of the Australasian private equity assets owned by Nikko Principal Investments Australia.
Previously, she spent 13 years with J.P.Morgan in London.During her time at J.P.Morgan she spent nine years in Debt Capital Markets working on High Grade and Leverage transactions in both Europe and the Middle East.
Ms. Middleton covered a wide range of industry sectors and worked for a broad group of UK and European Financial Sponsors.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Applied Finance.
