Jian Gang Luo

Jian Gang Luo is the founder of Faith Asset Management LLC, which was founded in 2011.
He held the title of Managing Partner from 2011 to 2016.
Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer & Director at Bowen Acquisition Corp.
He is also the Managing Partner at Cleantech Global Ltd.
since 2006.
In addition, he is the President of Luo & Long General Partner LLC and Pne Ltd.
Partner Llc, both starting in 2021.
Previously, he served as Chairman of Tsinghua Alumni Association and as an Independent Director at Energy Focus, Inc. from 2013 to 2014.
He was also a Member of Tsinghua Entrepreneur & Executive Club from 2000 to 2006 and President of New Jersey Chinese Computer Professionals Society.
Mr. Luo received a graduate degree from Tsinghua University in 1994 and an undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University in 1991.
He also attended New Jersey Institute of Technology for undergraduate studies.
