John Moynihan

Prior to joining Pembroke in 2005, Mr. Moynihan was Director of Asset Management for Taurus New England Investment Corp., in Boston, responsible for all operations for the firm, including both property and asset management.
Earlier, he was with AEW Capital Management in Boston, serving as a director in the Asset Management group and then as a principal for the Private Equity group.
He also held several positions in investment and asset management at Copley Real Estate Advisors.
Previously, Mr. Moynihan served in a variety of financial and asset management functions at Liberty Real Estate Corporation in Boston.
He began his career at Ernst & Whinney in San Francisco in 1982.
Mr. Moynihan received a bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1976 and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk Law School in 1981.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
