Mr. Karlos van Endert is Partner at Semper Gestion SA. He has been advising on a variety of private investments since 2000.
In 2008 he decided to devote his full attention to wealth management.
From 2005 to 2008 he specialized in hybrid debt origination and structuring for financial institutions, working for Unicredito and Société Générale.
He then became an equity analyst for the insurance sector from 1998 to 2003, first for Commerzbank and then BNP Paribas.
At BNP Paribas he was named senior banker for the insurance sector for German-speaking Europe.
In 1996 he began work in the Corporate Finance M&A department of UBS, specializing in the insurance sector.
Mr. van Endert studied business administration at the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel) and earned a master’s degree from the École Européenne des Affaires (Paris) while doing a series of internships and cooperative experiences with several investment banks in London, Frankfurt, and Tokyo.
