Prior to that, he was Head of Research for Greater China at Jones Lang LaSalle and Director of Strategic & Development Consultancy, North China at CBRE.
Mr. Tsang holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the Hong Kong Chinese University.
Before that, he also received a Master of Finance at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.
He had also completed his undergraduate degree in Planning & Design at the University of Melbourne.
