Larry G. Schultz

Larry G.
Schultz joined United States Steel Corp.
in 1973 and has been Senior Vice President and Controller since June 1, 2008.
He was appointed Comptroller of USX Engineers and Consultants, Inc. in 1987.
Mr. Schultz was appointed Vice President-Accounting for USX Corporation in 2000.
He rejoined United States Steel in 1989 as Director-Analysis and General Accounting and was appointed Comptroller in 1992, Vice President-Investor Relations and Financial Analysis in January 2002 and Vice President and Controller in May 2002.
He is a Member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a Director of Junior Achievement of Southwest Pennsylvania.
He received a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Ursinus College in 1971, a Masters degree in Operations Research and Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1973 and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979.
