Lawrence Arrowsmith

Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) is a state-owned pension fund management firm headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. PSERS was founded in 1917 to manage the assets of the Retirement Fund for public school employees of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Members eligible to participate in the System include all full-time public-school employees and part-time public-school employees who render at least 80 days or 500 hours of service yearly.
